If you are getting a 'check atomizer' or similar message from your device, gently push the ceramic bowl into the metal base and try it again.

Conditions of International shipping to other destinations
Some nations have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarette products. At your request, we will ship anywhere; however we cannot take responsibility for packages seized by customs. We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country.
Unfortunately we are unable to assume responsibility if this package is unable to be delivered in your country. In the event the package is seized or destroyed we will be unable to issue a refund. It is for this reason we urge you to contact customs and request to have the package returned to sender. Once we receive and process the returned package we will contact you regarding issuing a refund minus the cost of shipping.
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and re-sellable) condition, in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging, For your protection, items must be returned using a trackable post service, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
In the rare event that you have an issue with an item, please contact us to see if it can be resolved. If the item is assessed as faulty or damaged, we will send a replacement item or part free of charge.
